Field Worker compensation package includes:

Concrete Foreman

As a Foreman, you can grow your construction knowledge and lead a dynamic team to build complex concrete projects throughout Northern California. Our ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and can complete challenging tasks promptly. This person will carry out a full scope of concrete work to deliver a high-quality product to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Be able to travel and work out of town during the week.
  • 10+ years’ experience in concrete construction, 3 years managing a crew
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Thoroughly understand the Means and Methods of Construction and proficiently read construction plans.
  • Be organized, attentive to details, and have excellent time management skills
  • Leadership skills to direct, communicate, and train your crew with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Concrete Construction Laborer

A laborer is responsible for moving material such as lumber, bending rebar, setting up forms, stripping forms, placing concrete, grading, and general clean up on a project.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of construction field experience preferred
  • Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Understand and follow company safety policies
  • Must be able to travel and work out of town during the week. Muse Concrete offers fuel reimbursement, lodging and per-diem (meal allowance) while working out of town.
  • Must be able to report to work on time and work all hours required of the job, including overtime.
  • This position is labor intensive and requires working in all climates and extreme temperatures.

Concrete Finisher

Finishers are responsible for all aspects of concrete placement as well as finishing on all types of concrete. In addition, finishers may be required to fill other duties as needed such as forming, grading, and stripping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related Concrete Finishing experience
  • Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Understand and follow company safety policies
  • Must be able to travel and work out of town during the week. Muse Concrete offers fuel reimbursement, lodging and per-diem (meal allowance) while working out of town.
  • Must be able to report to work on time and work all hours required of the job, including overtime.

Concrete Carpenter

Carpenters are responsible for building and laying out concrete forms for commercial and/or residential footings, slabs, retaining walls, piers, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related carpentry experience
  • Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Understand and follow company safety policies
  • Must be able to travel and work out of town during the week. Muse Concrete offers fuel reimbursement, lodging and per-diem (meal allowance) while working out of town.
